Most people that i know of totally abhorr mornings and some just wish they can sleep through until noon just to get away from the hustle and bustle of the frosty start of the day. As weird as it sounds, I absolutely enjoy mornings.. I actually find waking up early a reviving thing to do. I love to go running with the cold wind brushing my cheeks or just taking a walk around the scenic parks and play with my neighbours' pets. But i think the best place to enjoy mornings is at my grandmotther's place. The blue and white bungalow is probably the prettiest, most peaceful house I've ever been to and she has the most gorgeous garden. I'm really proud of the fact that she does all the gardening alone as the allamandas, orchids, bougainvilleas and lots of other kinds of flowers blooms as if she has a gardener who has nothing to do but tend to his gardening. I guess that's why my grandmother rarely ever falls sick, because she busies herself with healthy activities. I myself would want to grow old gracefully, like many others as well, but to finally be able to sit back and enjoy one's fruits of labour.. it seems like that moment is going to take forever. I guess it's because we are trying so hard to attain our motives in life that we forgot to make good use of whatever little pleasures we are faced with daily. Like watching your siblings happily chowing down the breakfast of chocolate chip pancakes that you made by yourself.. I guess we have to take a time out and just savour the moments we're spending with our loved ones. We never know whether it's going to be the last meal we're serving to them, the last time we do anything with them, because matters of life and death is definitely not in our hands. But it's a totally different thing if you know that you're going to be forced to part with someone you have grown to be close with.. everyday seems like the last as you both go on with each other, knowing that this could be the last time the both of you get to spend time with each other. It's going to eat you little by little inside, but in a way it helps to make you stronger and be a better person because sometimes we don't realise that we like a certain person not because of who the individual is,however of how we are when we are with them. Some people have the gift to make us want to be a better person but usually they just come and go like the circus coming to town (okay, weird simile). But as they all say, "Enjoy it while it lasts", and I believe we should do just that. Anyway, not all separation makes life depressing, it could be for the best. The cartoon character Uncle Scrooge said
Make new friends and keep the old
The new ones are silver but the old ones are gold
Good one, huh? (T.T) *sob*

What you have written is very reflective and true. Sometimes simple things in life give the greatest pleasure.
